Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski expressed satisfaction that the issues discussed and agreed upon in recent days during his talks with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen were being implemented quickly.

In a social media statement, Zelenski said, “I am genuinely pleased that the things we discussed and agreed on with von der Leyen in recent days are being implemented quickly. This will help us significantly.”

Zelenski said Russia had carried out an attack that violated the ceasefire and stressed that the importance of support had increased following the violation of the ceasefire referred to by the U.S. President.
Zelenski added, “Every step helps support.”
