Zakharova: The Kiev regime and its Western supporters are responsible for the atrocities
Moscow, September 20 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that their armies confirmed they shot two civilians attempting to evacuate on foot from the Kursk region due to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Zakharova noted that their armies shot two civilians, stating, "The Kiev regime and its Western supporters are responsible for the atrocities."
Zakharova expressed that everyone involved in the incident will undoubtedly be held fully accountable before the law.
