Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said the exercise is continuing, with crews of Chinook and NH90 helicopters working on various scenarios together with healthcare institutions and aid teams.

Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said the exercise is testing coordination aimed at transporting injured people by air to the right location as quickly as possible.

Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said not only military teams but also hospitals and aid workers are involved in the exercise, emphasizing that cooperation among different institutions is of great importance in emergencies.

“By working together, we know what we can expect from one another in situations where every second is critical,” Yeşilgöz-Zegerius said.
