Brussels, February 19 (Hibya) - European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen welcomed the agreement on the 16th package of sanctions against Russia.

She emphasized that the EU is further tightening pressure on the Kremlin by targeting more ships in Putin’s shadow fleet and introducing new import and export bans. “We are determined to continue pressuring the Kremlin,” she added.
