UN Secretary-General Guterres: Hope can become reality
New York, November 27 (Hibya) – United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that families in the Middle East want to live with dignity, not in despair.
UN Secretary-General Guterres stated that hope can turn into reality.
Guterres expressed hope that children in Palestine and Israel will one day wake up to a world without fear, adding: “We hope that families in the Middle East will live with dignity, not in desperation.”
He added: “We hope that two peoples, connected by bonds of history and humanity, will live side by side in peace. Let us turn this hope into action — for justice, for humanity, and for peace.”
