Ukrainian President Zelensky announced that he had a meeting with German Defense Minister Pistorius at the Ramstein Air Base.

Zelensky noted that the discussions this year focused on military aid to Ukraine, the supply of additional air defense equipment, the future of the Ramstein format, and support for the production of Ukrainian weapons and equipment. He stated, “Only Ukraine's strong positions on the battlefield and the strengthening of our fighters will help compel Russia to a just and lasting peace.”

Zelensky expressed his gratitude to Germany for its leadership in strengthening Ukraine’s air defenses and for the thousands of lives saved through joint efforts.
