Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the OSCE Permanent Council's session on July 30 addressed Russia's latest large-scale air attacks against Ukraine.
In a statement, the ministry emphasized that the attacks, which caused numerous civilian casualties, including children, constitute a clear violation of international humanitarian law. The Ukrainian side expressed its gratitude to the Swiss OSCE Chairpersonship and the participating states for condemning Russia's actions.
The statement also stressed that Russia's war crimes will not go unpunished, that legal accountability mechanisms will be pursued, and that the cost of Moscow's aggressive actions will continue to increase.
