UAE Ministry of Defense: 1 ballistic missile and 11 drones intercepted
Abu Dhabi, April 7 (Hibya) – The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense systems intercepted 1 ballistic missile and 11 unmanned aerial vehicles.
According to the UAE Ministry of Defense, the country's air defense systems intercepted 1 ballistic missile and 11 unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Iran on April 7, 2026.
The ministry stated that since the beginning of the attacks, UAE air defense systems have countered a total of 520 ballistic missiles, 26 cruise missiles, and 2,221 unmanned aerial vehicles.
