Tsahkna: Another clear message has been sent by the international community
Tallinn, 28 November (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that Russia has once again failed to secure a seat on the International Maritime Organization Council due to its ongoing aggression against Ukraine.
Foreign Minister Tsahkna stated that the international community has once again sent a clear message, noting that Russia could not regain a seat on the IMO Council because of its continued aggression toward Ukraine.
Tsahkna described this outcome as satisfactory in terms of global maritime security, accountability, and rules-based governance.
