Washington, July 3 (Hibya) - U.S. President Donald Trump criticized NATO allies in a post shared on his social media account.
U.S. President Donald Trump argued that the current relationship is "one-sided," drawing attention to the United States' share of defense spending.
In his post, Trump shared a chart showing the defense spending contributions of several NATO countries, stating that the United States is the largest contributor to NATO defense spending.
Trump said, "It is ridiculous for the United States to continue down this one-sided path when the relationship is not reciprocal. They were not on our side!"
