Trump issues warning to Iran
Washington, January 2 (Hibya) – United States President Donald Trump warned Iranian authorities not to kill peaceful protesters.
U.S. President Donald Trump said in a post on Truth Social: “If Iran shoots peaceful protesters and kills them using violence, which is their habit, the United States of America will come to their aid.”
According to the BBC, Ali Larijani, an adviser to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, warned shortly afterward that any U.S. intervention would destabilize the region. Ali Larijani said: “Trump should know that U.S. interference in this internal matter would mean destabilizing the entire region and destroying America’s interests.”
