United States President Donald Trump stated regarding the operations against Iran that the US had achieved “a very big victory.” Trump claimed that Iran’s air defense systems, radar infrastructure, and military targets had largely been neutralized and alleged that the operations created serious chaos within the country’s administration.

In his statement, Trump also targeted some media outlets, claiming that they were trying to downplay the success of the operations. Saying that Iran would not be allowed to possess nuclear weapons, Trump did not provide a clear date regarding when the attacks would end.

Continuing his remarks on the operations against Iran, Trump claimed that a large portion of the country’s production facilities had been targeted. Trump stated, “We destroyed 85 percent of the production facilities. We could have destroyed everything except one bridge. If we want, we can completely destroy all bridges and the electrical grids within two days.”

In a new statement regarding military operations against Iran, Trump signaled that the attacks could resume. Claiming that Iran’s military capacity had been largely neutralized, Trump said, “We probably achieved 70-75 percent of our objectives. We did not completely finish everything, but we can return and complete the operation, and even do more.”

Trump also claimed that Iran had been seriously weakened militarily.
