Tajani: Russia must choose the path of negotiation
Rome, August 1 (Hibya) – Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani stated that a new Russian attack on Kyiv had taken place, targeting women, men, and children.
Tajani emphasized that the new Russian attack on Kyiv targeted civilians—women, men, and children.
He noted that it is unacceptable for the war to now be directly aimed at civilians, including children, and added:
“I extend my condolences and solidarity to the Ukrainian people. Italy mourns. Russia must choose the path of negotiation and return to the table to restore peace and security to Europe.”
