Tajani: I condemn the attack on the humanitarian aid center in Zaporizhzhia
Rome, November 3 (Hibya) - Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani condemned the attack on a humanitarian aid center in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region that resulted in the deaths of dozens of people.
Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani stated that Russia was responsible for indiscriminate attacks against civilians in Ukraine and condemned in the strongest terms the targeting of the humanitarian aid center in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Tajani said the attack targeted not only innocent civilians but also those who work every day to deliver aid, and extended his condolences to the families of the victims. Expressing solidarity with the Ukrainian people and Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, Tajani stated that Italy would continue to stand by Ukraine in its defense of freedom and sovereignty.
Tajani emphasized the need for political and diplomatic negotiations to achieve a just and lasting peace.
