Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani met with Abdulhamid Al-Dbeibah, Prime Minister of Libya's Government of National Unity, in the Libyan capital Tripoli.

According to a statement by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting addressed bilateral relations between the two countries. The parties discussed ways to strengthen and develop relations in various fields.

The meeting also emphasized that expanding areas of cooperation between the relevant institutions in both countries, as well as strengthening communication and coordination, would serve their mutual interests.
