Minister Sybiha expressed pride in President Volodymyr Zelensky’s presence in Vilnius to attend the Summit alongside the Bucharest Nine and Nordic countries.

He stated that he had a meeting with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys, saying: “We focused on issues of strategic importance aimed at strengthening Ukraine and achieving a just, lasting, and comprehensive peace.”

Sybiha praised Lithuania’s steadfast support and principled stance in advancing Ukraine’s EU and NATO membership, which is vital for strengthening collective security, and added:

“Our countries are united by deep ties and true friendship. We will always be deeply grateful for Lithuania’s unwavering solidarity with Ukraine and our people.”
