Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that he participated in the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Vienna.

Commenting on the meeting, Sybiha said: “In my speech at the OSCE Ministerial Council in Vienna, I emphasized that Ukraine wants peace more than anyone else in the world.”

In his address, Sybiha thanked the United States for advancing the peace process, saying: “We are grateful to the United States for advancing the peace process, and we thank all our European partners who support this path.”

Referring to European history, Sybiha said: “Europe has witnessed many unjust peace agreements in the past; all of them led to new tragedies.”

He concluded his remarks by saying: “I trust the new Swiss Chairmanship to ensure that the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) remains functional and effective.”
