Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha spoke by phone with Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski about Russia's missile attack and ongoing coordination with Poland.

Commenting on the conversation, Sybiha said, "I appreciated the Polish government's response and assured Radek that Ukraine stands in full solidarity with Poland. We are ready to provide all necessary assistance in investigating the incident."

Speaking about strengthening air defense capabilities and cooperation with allies, Sybiha stated, "We agreed that strengthening Ukraine's air shield must be an urgent priority for the entire Euro-Atlantic community. I also proposed resuming discussions with other allies, together with our partners, on all possible ways to protect Ukraine's airspace."

Emphasizing practical solutions, Sybiha said, "This is not about charity; it is about pragmatic solutions to improve our shared security."

Referring to the shared future of the two countries and contacts between their leaders, Sybiha concluded, "I believe today's missile attack is yet another stark reminder of the harsh reality both our countries face: it is time to focus on confronting today's urgent threats instead of divisive debates about the past."
