Sandu: Russia responds to peace talks with missiles
Chisinau, July 30 (Hibya) - Moldovan President Maia Sandu reacted to Russia's missile strikes on Ukrainian cities.
Moldovan President Maia Sandu said that Russia was choosing air strikes instead of peace talks and stressed the importance of strengthening Ukraine's air defense.
Commenting on the attacks, Sandu said, "Russia is responding to peace talks with missiles targeting sleeping cities. Tonight: Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Lviv. Moldova stands firmly with Ukraine."
Highlighting the importance of Ukraine's air defense, Sandu added, "Stronger air defense for Ukraine is the path to Europe's security and to making peace possible."
