Sanchez: We will approve a 45 million euro investment for universities
Madrid, October 19 (Hibya) - Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced that a new declaration regulating university students' rights and responsibilities had been signed and that a 45 million euro investment would be approved to support student accommodation.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced that they had signed the University Student Statute Declaration, recognizing new rights and responsibilities for university students.
Sanchez stated that the 45 million euro funding package, scheduled for approval the following day, would support student accommodation at public universities across the country and initially create approximately 2,000 additional bed spaces.
He emphasized that universities should be places of freedom, equality and opportunity for everyone.
