Saar: We will continue to strengthen our strategic partnership with Austria
Vienna, July 9 (Hibya) – Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar met with Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen.

Saar briefed President Van der Bellen on the situation in Iran and the region, stating: "I also emphasized our desire to reach a hostage deal and achieve a ceasefire in Gaza. I told him I believe this is achievable."
Thanking Austria for its clear support for Israel during the difficult time after the events of October 7, Saar added: "We will continue to strengthen our strategic partnership with Austria!"
