Rome, February 10 (Hibya) - Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar stated that Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Matteo Salvini is one of Israel's greatest friends in Italy and Europe.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar met with Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Matteo Salvini in Rome.
Saar noted that Salvini is one of Israel's greatest friends in Italy and Europe, and regarding the meeting, he said:
“I was pleased to welcome him this evening at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. We discussed the great injustices committed against Israel by the so-called International Criminal Court in The Hague. Salvini promised to take steps within his powers to strengthen relations between the countries.”
