The meeting was attended by Federation Council Chairwoman Valentina Matviyenko, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev, Presidential Chief Advisor Anton Vaino, Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu, Presidential Assistant Nikolai Patrushev, Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergei Naryshkin, Special Presidential Representative for Environmental Protection, Ecology, and Transport Sergei Ivanov, and Transport Minister Roman Starovoit.
