Member of the Crimean Tatar National Assembly and Professor Dr. Gayana Yuksel announced that Russia has revealed its official conditions to end the war.

In her statement, Yuksel said:

"Russia has announced its official conditions to end the war: Crimea, Sevastopol, the so-called DNR, LNR, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions must be officially recognized as Russian territory. Ukraine must cancel its decision prohibiting negotiations with Russia. Kyiv must abandon NATO membership and adopt a neutral, non-aligned status. Ukraine must undergo a process of 'demilitarization and denazification'. All sanctions imposed on Russia must be lifted, and frozen assets must be returned. Ukraine must repeal laws that restrict the use of the Russian language, culture, and church."
