Rubio: Syria’s interim administrations must hold the perpetrators of massacres accountable
Washington, March 9 (Hibya) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a statement regarding the events in Syria.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the United States condemns radical Islamist terrorists and foreign jihadists who have been killing people in Western Syria in recent days.
Rubio stated: "The United States stands with Syria’s religious and ethnic minorities, including Christians, Druze, Alawites, and Kurds, and extends condolences to the victims and their families. Syria’s interim administrations must ensure that those responsible for these massacres against the country’s minorities are held accountable."
