U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to review regional and global issues.

During the meeting, regional security, energy cooperation, and a shared commitment to combating antisemitism were discussed.

Commenting on the meeting, Rubio said, “I met with Netanyahu to discuss our shared commitment to regional security, energy cooperation, and the fight against antisemitism.”

Highlighting the importance of peace and stability in the Middle East, Rubio added, “I once again emphasized the importance of our ongoing partnership to promote peace and stability in the Middle East.”
