Radman expresses support for Ukraine
Zagreb, March 28 (Hibya) - Croatia’s Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic Radman stated that support for Ukraine will be reaffirmed at the EU meeting.
Croatia’s Foreign and European Affairs Minister Radman said they will meet in Kyiv with Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Kaja Kallas, and other EU officials.
Radman stated that support for Ukraine will be reaffirmed at the meeting, adding: “We will honor the victims of Bucha and send a clear message: Russia must be held accountable for war crimes — accountability is essential for a just and lasting peace.”
Radman also emphasized that as progress is made toward peace, those who defend it must also be supported, adding: “Together with Sweden’s Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard, we are promoting stronger EU coordination in supporting Ukrainian war veterans. With the initiative of Croatia and Sweden, this issue will be high on the agenda in Kyiv with representatives of Ukrainian veterans and the Minister for Veterans Affairs.”
