Al-Thani holds talks with Thailand’s Foreign Minister Phuangketkeow
Doha, March 28 (Hibya) - Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani discussed regional military tensions and the importance of resolving disputes through peaceful means in a phone call with Thailand’s Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow.

During the call, the military escalation in the region and its impact on regional and international security and stability were discussed. Ways to resolve all disputes through peaceful means were also addressed.
The Prime Minister emphasized the need to stop Iran’s unjust attacks against Qatar and other countries in the region, warning in particular about the dangers of targeting water, food, and energy infrastructure.
Al-Thani stated that coordination must be strengthened, joint efforts intensified, a return to the negotiating table ensured, and reason and prudence prioritized. These steps, he noted, would help safeguard global energy security, freedom of maritime navigation, environmental security, and regional stability.
