Qatar’s Foreign Ministry offers condolences to the people of Sudan
Doha, 2 September (Hibya) – Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a message of condolence following a landslide in the Jebel Marra area of Darfur, western Sudan.
The Ministry expressed solidarity with the Republic of the Sudan in the wake of the devastating landslide in Jebel Marra, Darfur, which resulted in hundreds of deaths and injuries.
It conveyed Qatar’s sincerest condolences to the families of the victims, the Government of Sudan, and the Sudanese people, and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the disaster.
