Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the UNESCO Executive Board adopted a decision on the situation in the Gaza Strip during its 224th session.

According to the statement, the decision includes monitoring the implementation of previous decisions taken by the organization regarding developments in Gaza and was adopted in favor of the State of Palestine.

The decision highlighted the damage to educational institutions, universities, and cultural heritage sites in the Gaza Strip. It also assessed the risks faced by journalists and media workers within the framework of international humanitarian law and UNESCO principles.

The Palestinian side stated that the unanimous adoption of the decision reflects the international community’s awareness of the humanitarian, educational, and cultural situation in Gaza.

It was also reported that Adil Atiye, the Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to UNESCO, addressed the Executive Board, discussing the destruction of the education system in Gaza, damage to cultural sites, and losses among journalists.

The statement also emphasized a call for international support and highlighted the importance of continuing humanitarian, educational, and cultural programs for Gaza.
