Netanyahu: Digital transformation in public services to be accelerated
Jerusalem, May 1 (Hibya) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced in a special meeting on the digitalization of public services for citizens that the goal is to achieve inter-ministerial data integration and make services more accessible.
Netanyahu held a special meeting on the development of digital public services for citizens.
The meeting addressed areas such as ensuring the rights of reservists, business licensing processes, social assistance applications, planning and construction procedures, and medical data management. The plan aims to ensure full data synchronization between ministries and deliver public services to citizens more quickly and securely.
Netanyahu said during the meeting:
“Israel is a global technology power and should also be at the forefront of making public services accessible to citizens through the digital revolution. This process will be carried out quickly, carefully, and with as little regulation and bureaucracy as possible.”
The statement noted that the digital transformation process aims to increase efficiency in public services and facilitate citizens’ access.
