NATO announced that its forces in Bulgaria continue carrying out missions aimed at ensuring the country’s security. In a post, the Alliance said NATO forces are operating on land with artillery units, heavy armored elements and mechanized infantry.

The statement said NATO elements continue their field preparations in order to ensure Bulgaria’s security.

It noted that jet aircraft and air defense systems provide protection against potential threats from the skies.

In its post, NATO emphasized with the message “Stay ready” that Alliance forces are prepared for potential threats with both land and air elements.
