President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola drew attention to the reforms undertaken by Moldova in its European integration process. During her meeting with the Speaker of the Moldovan Parliament Igor Grosu, Metsola stated that they are focusing on deepening cooperation through political support and capacity building.

Metsola emphasized that the European Parliament’s office in Chisinau serves as an important bridge between the two sides. She also stated that the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two parliaments reinforces the commitment to a shared future.
