Lazzarini stated that UNRWA, with over 7,000 employees, continues to provide services to people suffering from 15 months of bombardment and forced displacement.

He noted that since the start of the ceasefire, UNRWA has delivered food aid to over 1.2 million people, adding: "We will continue working with the World Food Programme until we reach everyone in need in Gaza Strip".

Lazzarini also mentioned that despite ongoing storms and rain, 10 new shelters were opened, and tents, blankets, plastic covers, and warm clothes were distributed. He added: "Our primary healthcare teams supply medical materials to clinics, while our mobile teams provide 17,000 medical consultations daily. UNRWA has broad access in Gaza".
