Lazzarini: Access to clean water remains a challenge for people in Gaza
New York, December 3 (Hibya) – UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini stated that access to clean water continues to pose a challenge for people in the Gaza Strip.
UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini emphasized that access to clean water still remains a difficulty for the population in Gaza.
“Our colleagues at UNRWA are working tirelessly to ensure and improve such access,” Lazzarini said, noting that in November, teams provided communities with 90,000 cubic meters of water — nearly 30% more than the previous month.
