Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni emphasized that the country's economy had performed better than analysts had expected, stressing that the government would continue its work with determination.

Referring to the released data and market expectations, Meloni said, "Italy has once again outperformed expectations. Analysts had forecast GDP growth of 0.7 percent. The data released today by ISTAT confirm growth of 1.0 percent, while the expected growth rate for 2026 has been set at 0.8 percent."

Responding to the opposition and delivering a message of determination, Meloni concluded her statement by saying, "While some on the left rejoice at the idea of Italy slowing down, the facts tell a different story. Keep underestimating us. We will keep working, and Italy will continue to surprise you."
