Iran: We condemn the disrespect toward Al-Aqsa Mosque
Tehran, August 4 (Hibya) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei stated that they strongly condemn the recent “disrespect” shown toward the Al-Aqsa Mosque by “radical Zionists.”
According to a statement from the ministry, Spokesperson Baghaei strongly condemned the new act of “disrespect” committed by “radical Zionists” against the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Baghaei emphasized that this violation is a direct attack on the religious status of the holy site and a clear breach of United Nations resolutions. He noted that such actions demonstrate the Zionist regime’s intent to sustain tension and crises in the occupied Palestinian territories and the region.
The spokesperson also stressed that Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first qibla of Muslims, holds a sacred status for all Muslims and the Palestinian people.
