IDF: Suspicious aerial target from Lebanon neutralized
Jerusalem, April 25 (Hibya) - The Israeli army (IDF) announced that a suspicious aerial target launched from Lebanon was intercepted by air defense systems, with no casualties reported.
The IDF stated that following the activation of air raid sirens in several areas in northern Israel, a suspicious aerial target sent from Lebanon toward the country was detected and neutralized.
The army said that contact with another suspicious aerial target was lost.
No casualties or injuries were reported in the incident.
The IDF pointed to Hezbollah as responsible for the attack, claiming it was a violation of ceasefire arrangements. It was also reported that security measures in the region were increased.
