Herzog met with Australian Prime Minister Albanese
Canberra, February 11 (Hibya) - Israeli President Isaac Herzog and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese discussed Middle East peace, fighting antisemitism, and bilateral relations.
Israeli President Herzog thanked Australian Prime Minister Albanese for the warm welcome during their meeting in Canberra. The meeting focused on issues such as supporting the Australian Jewish community after the Bondi attack, combating antisemitism, and promoting peace and security in the Middle East.
Herzog also explored opportunities to advance Israel-Australia relations in a new direction.
