Highlights from U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Dan Caine’s speech:

"The goal of the operation was to eliminate Iran’s nuclear weapons infrastructure. It was an extremely secret operation that demonstrated our ability to project power globally at the speed and precision we require. Very few people in Washington knew about it."

"On the night between Friday and Saturday, a large fleet of B-2 bombers took off from U.S. soil. To maintain tactical surprise, some aircraft headed west toward the Pacific. Thanks to the success of the deception operation, 7 B-2 bombers reached the target area after an 18-hour flight with minimal communication."

"After entering Iranian airspace, 4th and 5th generation fighter jets advanced at high speed ahead of the bombers and neutralized all hostile aircraft and air defense threats."
