Harris: I am deeply saddened to learn of Michael Lyster's passing
Dublin, March 22 (Hibya) - Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris stated that he is deeply saddened by the passing of RTE sports broadcaster Michael Lyster.
Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris issued a condolence message regarding the death of veteran sports broadcaster Michael Lyster.
Referring to Lyster’s career and his place in Irish society, Harris said: “I am deeply saddened to learn of Michael Lyster's passing. A proud Galway man, Michael was one of the giants of sports broadcasting in Ireland and was synonymous with RTE’s Gaelic games coverage.”
