Greece and US discuss strategic relations
Athens, August 12 (Hibya) - Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed strategic relations between the two countries and regional developments.
Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis held a phone call with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
During the call, the depth of the long-standing strategic relations between the two countries and Greece's role as one of the key pillars of regional peace and stability were emphasized.
The two sides also discussed bilateral and regional issues. The talks covered the upcoming 6th round of the Strategic Dialogue, as well as the latest developments in the Middle East, Iran and Ukraine.
