Bermúdez extended his "fraternal congratulations" to Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, and to the Chinese people.
Bermúdez praised the achievements of the Communist Party of China in socialist development, with more than 100 million members, and expressed his hope that the party will continue to achieve new successes in advancing socialist development.
