Croatia and the United States discuss regional security and energy cooperation
Washington, July 16 (Hibya) - Croatia's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (MVEP) announced that State Secretary for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Zdenko Lucic met with U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Daniel J. Lawton during his visit to Washington.

According to the ministry, the meeting reaffirmed the strong partnership between Croatia and the United States. The two sides discussed regional security, energy resilience, Croatia's accession process to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and cooperation aimed at strengthening stability and prosperity in Southeast Europe.
