Germany's Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock emphasized that the greatest humanitarian disaster of our time is happening in Sudan.

Baerbock stated that today in London, she discussed with her African partners issues such as access to humanitarian aid, protection of civilians, and finding a political solution to the conflict. "Germany continues to take concrete responsibility to alleviate the suffering of people in Sudan and neighboring countries. We will allocate 125 million euros for humanitarian aid in 2025. This will allow humanitarian organizations to urgently provide the necessary food and medicines," she said.
