Araghchi: More progress has been made in our relations with the U.S.
Tehran, February 27 (Hibya) – Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi said more progress has been made in diplomatic relations with the United States, adding that yesterday’s round of talks was the most intensive so far.
Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi said that further progress has been achieved in diplomatic relations with the United States.
Referring to the third round of negotiations held yesterday in Geneva, Switzerland, Araghchi said, “This round of talks was the most intensive so far.”
He added: “It concluded with a mutual understanding that we will continue to discuss in greater detail the issues that are vital to any agreement, including sanctions relief and nuclear-related steps. In parallel with the political talks, technical teams will meet in Vienna in the coming days. Their task is just as critical as ours.”
Thanking Oman for its continued good-faith initiatives, Araghchi said, “We also wish to express our gratitude to Switzerland for hosting another round of talks.”
