Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Al Thani held a phone conversation with Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radoslaw Sikorski.

During the call, the military escalation in the region and its serious implications for regional and international security and stability were discussed. The two sides also reviewed ways to resolve all disputes through peaceful means.

Al Thani stated that Iran’s attack on Qatari territory is a clear violation of the country’s national sovereignty, does not align with the principles of good neighborliness, and cannot be accepted under any justification or pretext.

Al Thani noted that Qatar has always been careful to stay away from regional conflicts and has sought to facilitate dialogue between Iran and the international community, adding that targeting Qatari territory again is not a sign of goodwill and threatens the understandings that form the basis of relations between the two countries.

Al Thani also emphasized the need to immediately halt all escalatory steps, return to the negotiation table, and address the crisis with reason and prudence in a way that preserves the region’s security.

Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sikorski expressed concern over developments in the region and called for de-escalation, the prevalence of common sense, and a return to diplomatic negotiations to prevent further chaos.
