Gaza, Jan. 12 (Hibya) — The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) reported that children’s education in Gaza continues despite the destruction of schools.
According to a statement by UNRWA, educational activities continue in Gaza even though schools and classrooms have been destroyed.
In recent weeks, more than 60,000 children have taken part in educational activities at UNRWA’s Temporary Learning Spaces.
It was also reported that around 300,000 children continue their education through distance learning with the support of thousands of teachers. Officials stressed that every lesson matters.
