Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The International Committee of the Red Cross had stated that recent attacks on critical infrastructure in Ukraine and Russia left millions of people in Kyiv, Dnipro, Donetsk, Belgorod and other regions, amid freezing temperatures, with limited or no access to electricity, water and heating.

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Sybiha described the ICRC’s statement as “shameful,” saying: “Establishing a false moral equivalence between the aggressor and a country defending itself is unacceptable.”

Emphasizing that, unlike Russia, Ukraine acts within the framework of international humanitarian law and its inherent right to self-defense, Sybiha said:

“It is not surprising that the ICRC’s reputation is in crisis, given that such statements whitewash Russia’s crimes and the long-standing failure to ensure systematic access to Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilians illegally detained by Russia. This further undermines trust in the institution.”

Sybiha said that the head of the ICRC Delegation in Ukraine will be summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide explanations.

He added: “I also invite those who drafted and approved this statement to leave their warm offices, come to Ukraine, and spend a day in a frozen home. Perhaps then they will regain a sense of reality.”
