Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha said that four years ago Russia initiated a full-scale invasion to wipe Ukraine off the map. “What Moscow called a ‘three-day operation’ turned into Ukraine’s four-year resistance — a resistance demonstrated on battlefields, in our cities, and in diplomatic efforts,” he said.

Sybiha emphasized that Ukraine did not collapse, did not surrender, and did not disappear; instead, it reshaped the global security debate. He added:

“Four years ago, the world faced a choice. Today, the choice remains the same, but it is clearer than ever. Standing with Ukraine is not charity. It is an investment in a world where borders are not redrawn by force, where aggression has consequences, and where resilience prevails over terror.”
